We are looking for a CFO to lead the Finance function and drive the continuous improvement of existing processes and team operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements: * At least 5 years of proven experience as a CFO. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the FinTech industry, with mandatory experience in PSP (Payment Service Providers). * In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. * Proven experience working with international markets. * Hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting and planning, treasury, regulated reporting, and tax planning. * Experience with multi-currency and cross-rate operations. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Startup mentality — adaptability to industry trends and fast-paced strategic decision-making. * Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities: * Planning and analysis of financial results. * Development, implementation and control over policies and methods in terms of accounting, reporting, budgeting, expenses. * Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports, financial modeling. * Management of financial flows, control of receivables and payables. * Management of the company’s cash resources, ensuring its payment liquidity. * Control and analysis of the level of expenses, profitability. * Prediction and management of currency risks. * Formation, management and development of the financial team. * Involvement in solving tax and legal issues. * Hire Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.).
