With 5M monthly active users and 20% QoQ revenue growth, we’re scaling fast—and now we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build the team that will take our next ventures to new heights.
This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage mental health product that already has a working unit economy, real traction, and ambitious growth plans. You’ll be the person who brings in the right people, helps us move faster, and keeps the team culture strong. What you’ll do: * Manage full-cycle recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using sourcing tools, platforms, and your own creativity * Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for role fit, culture fit, and growth potential * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align hiring plans with business needs * Own the recruitment process end-to-end: from job description creation to offer negotiation * Improve hiring workflows and suggest optimizations for speed and quality * Build a strong employer brand through touchpoints with candidates and creative hiring campaigns * Maintain and regularly update candidate data and reports
About you: * 2+ years of experience in recruitment in product/tech companies * You have a proven track record of closing non-tech roles, especially in product and marketing * You know how to manage the full hiring process from first contact to offer * You’re not afraid to experiment with channels and messaging to improve outreach and conversion * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you know how to pitch, listen, and assess * High level of self-organization and independence * Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for tasks, you look for ways to improve hiring * You care deeply about candidate experience, provide honest feedback, and aim to leave a positive impression at every stage * You’re curious about the product and the business — and want your hiring work to have a real impact * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
