We are looking for an experienced Delivery Leader with a strong track record in managing end-to-end delivery operations and driving organizational growth. The role will be accountable for delivery process optimization, team scaling, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with the proven ability to align operations with strategic business goals in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
— Oversee all aspects of Delivery operations, including processes, hiring, performance metrics, and cross-department collaboration — Actively contribute to strategic planning and the evolution of the Delivery function in partnership with executive leadership — Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously (3+ years in a similar leadership role) — Deep understanding of SDLC and best practices — Strong capabilities in hiring and developing Project Managers and Team Leads — Skilled in building and refining scalable and efficient operational processes — Experienced in client engagement, with a clear understanding of business objectives and value delivery — Strategic thinker with a structured, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset — Results-driven, proactive, and initiative-taking professional — Demonstrated success in scaling delivery teams and operations — Proficient in JIRA, ClickUp, Notion, and other modern project management tools — Fluent in Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), with a flexible and pragmatic application — Competent in managing budgets, profitability, and financial KPIs — Upper-Intermediate+ English (effective verbal and written communication)
Nice to have: Experience with projects involving automation or data scraping Familiarity with BI dashboards or performance monitoring systems
