Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment English proficiency at B2+ — you’re comfortable with interviews and written communication Strong analytical skills & ability to systematize information Excellent communication — you’re sociable and love connecting with people ⚡ Fast response to messages — you’re quick and reliable A dependable laptop & stable internet connection ⏱ Comfortable working with a time tracker — productivity is key!
Your Responsibilities:
Sourcing top professionals for leading companies worldwide
Collaborating with a recruiter to close roles like: AI Designer, Amazon Account Manager, Head of E-commerce, TikTok Manager, Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, etc.
Working with job boards and social media to grow our candidate base
✉️ Monitoring and sorting incoming emails: CVs, test tasks, candidate communication
Finding new resources to post job vacancies
