What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Lead/Head of Affiliate Marketing to launch, own, and scale Gravira’s partner program (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and performance channels—starting with Canadian traffic and rapidly expanding into other Tier-1 GEOs while building and leading a dedicated Affiliate Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities ● Build Gravira’s in-house affiliate program end-to-end. ● Recruit Tier-1 — VIP partners. ● Craft irresistible offers, set up tracking, payout, and fraud control. ● Negotiate, onboard, and nurture long-term partnerships. ● Own all KPIs: CPA, ROMI, LTV, retention, NGR share. ● Hire and mentor a growing team of affiliate managers. ● Work closely with CRM, BI, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless player journey.
Required Skills ● Senior-level experience in Tier-1 iGaming affiliate marketing (Canada / Europe / Australia). ● Proven history of launching partner programs from scratch and scaling them. ● Personal network of key affiliates and traffic owners. ● Deep command of performance analytics (CPA, ROMI, LTV) and major affiliate platforms (Affilka, NetRefer, Income Access, etc.). ● Startup mindset, data-driven decision-making, fluent English (Ukrainian/Russian welcome in chat).
Nice to Have ● Experience migrating an existing affiliate base to a new brand. ● Understanding of CRM bonus mechanics and retention funnels. ● Background in media-buying or programmatic traffic.
