— 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B or SaaS. — Proven success with the US market: understanding of local platforms, audience behavior, and influencer collaboration norms. — Strong portfolio of previous integrations or campaigns (case studies over resumes). — Self-starter attitude: you’ll be building our influencer program from scratch. — Excellent written communication and negotiation skills. — Experience working with EdTech or HRTech platforms is a big plus.
