Qualifications: * 2 + years of proven experience designing slot or casino games. * Deep knowledge of slot mechanics and player psychology. * Ability to translate mathematical models into compelling game experiences. * Strong written documentation skills and familiarity with industry GDD formats. * Data‑driven mindset—comfortable interpreting KPIs, simulations and A/B results. * Passion for games from both player and designer perspectives; relentless curiosity about emerging trends. * Clear, confident communication in English (minimum intermediate, written and spoken). * Collaborative, proactive and detail‑oriented approach to shipping quality content.
Responsibilities: * Define game vision — set the core concept, theme and unique selling points for each title. * Design gameplay & bonus mechanics — specify layout, reel setups, symbol distribution, feature triggers and UX flows that hit target volatility and entertainment goals. * Document everything — create clear, up‑to‑date Game Design Documents (GDDs), feature specs and behavior logic accessible to the whole team. * Champion cross‑functional alignment — act as product owner and single point of contact for Mathematicians, Artists, Sound Engineers, Developers and QA, ensuring every element supports the vision. * Oversee implementation — review builds, validate that features are executed as designed and recommend tweaks when playtests or tech constraints require changes. * Tune & optimize — analyze simulations and live metrics to boost engagement, retention and monetization; benchmark competitors for fresh insights. * Innovate continuously — propose new gameplay ideas, contribute to roadmap planning and stay on top of market trends and player behavior.
