What You’ll Be Doing: * identify and attract new clients, negotiate terms of cooperation, and categorize generated leads to assess their needs and potential; * develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, explore opportunities to expand advertising campaigns, and communicate strategic approaches with partners; * track the performance of existing campaigns, and enhance agreements to meet business goals; * research new business models, gather valuable insights from industry leaders, and implement innovative strategies.
Your Skills: * proficiency in English at a C1 level, fluency in Ukrainian; * experience in sales for 2 years; * excellent business communication and argumentation skills; * strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with statistics, draw conclusions from data, and apply these insights in negotiations; * high productivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
