We are looking for an HR Specialist (Mid-level) to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone who already has hands-on experience in both recruitment and other areas of HR and is ready to take ownership of key processes while continuously improving them. You’ll play an important part in building and supporting the team, helping hire the right people, guiding colleagues through their employee journey, and contributing to day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.
What you’ll do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (from kick-off to offer) * Write and publish job openings * Actively source candidates through various platforms * Conduct HR interviews and coordinate feedback from hiring teams * Support internship programs and early talent pipelines
HR Operations & Reporting * Maintain and update internal HR systems and databases * Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR records * Prepare regular and ad hoc reports
People Processes & Support * Organize onboarding and adaptation processes * Coordinate learning and development activities (internal and external) * Respond to employee HR-related requests and ensure a positive experience * Support other HR-related processes and documentation
What we’re looking for * 3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment * Previous experience in an IT company or tech-related environment * Strong practical knowledge of full-cycle recruitment * Experience with onboarding, HR operations, or employee support * Upper-intermediate or higher level of English * Confident MS Office user; comfortable with HR tools and platforms * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive * Responsible and self-driven — you know how to plan, prioritize, and follow through * Team player with a can-do attitude
