Your Mission Lead product innovation that redefines player engagement in iGaming. As our Founding CPO, you’ll shape every aspect of our product journey — from innovative gamification features to groundbreaking AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities * Product Strategy & Vision: Maintain and execute the roadmap that evolves TokenToad from gamification platform to comprehensive player intelligence system, balancing immediate market needs with breakthrough innovation. * Gamification Excellence: Design and oversee world-class gamification systems including tournaments, rewards, challenges, and mini-games that create measurable engagement improvements * Data-Driven Innovation: Build our experimentation framework to continuously test, measure, and optimize every feature for maximum player engagement and operator ROI * Customer Partnership: Work directly with operators to understand challenges, validate solutions, and ensure our platform delivers proven value from day one * Technical Collaboration: Partner with our CTO to integrate behavioral analytics and AI capabilities that enable real-time personalization at scale
Requirements Must-Have: * Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in iGaming industry * Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Product Management * Proven track record working with gamification systems * Demonstrated success improving user engagement and LTV through experimentation * Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into product insights * Experience leading product teams and driving results in fast-paced environments * Upper Intermediate English
Nice-to-Have: * Interest in AI/ML applications for personalization * Previous startup or scale-up experience * B2B SaaS product experience * Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers * Existing network within iGaming operator community
