TokenToad.games is a side project of Nanobot.Group`s founder Andrii Koniukh.
We are looking for Co-Founder. We have CEO and CTO, now we need a CPO. This is a one in a life opportunity for open minded product leader.
TokenToad is transforming how iGaming operators engage and retain players through next-generation gamification and AI-driven personalization. Founded by experienced Ukrainian entrepreneurs, we’re building the platform that captures behavioral intelligence competitors miss — enabling igaming operators to deliver personalized experiences that dramatically improve player satisfaction and business metrics. With strong early traction and backing, we’re assembling a world-class team to capture this massive global opportunity.
Your Mission
Lead product innovation that redefines player engagement in iGaming. As our Founding CPO, you’ll shape every aspect of our product journey — from innovative gamification features to groundbreaking AI capabilities. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor with a significant equity stake and build a category-defining company that will power the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Vision: Maintain and execute the roadmap that evolves TokenToad from gamification platform to comprehensive player intelligence system, balancing immediate market needs with breakthrough innovation.
* Gamification Excellence: Design and oversee world-class gamification systems including tournaments, rewards, challenges, and mini-games that create measurable engagement improvements
* Data-Driven Innovation: Build our experimentation framework to continuously test, measure, and optimize every feature for maximum player engagement and operator ROI
* Customer Partnership: Work directly with operators to understand challenges, validate solutions, and ensure our platform delivers proven value from day one
* Technical Collaboration: Partner with our CTO to integrate behavioral analytics and AI capabilities that enable real-time personalization at scale
Requirements
Must-Have:
* Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in iGaming industry
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Product Management
* Proven track record working with gamification systems
* Demonstrated success improving user engagement and LTV through experimentation
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into product insights
* Experience leading product teams and driving results in fast-paced environments
* Upper Intermediate English
Nice-to-Have:
* Interest in AI/ML applications for personalization
* Previous startup or scale-up experience
* B2B SaaS product experience
* Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers
* Existing network within iGaming operator community
