About the Role We’re looking for a CIS-based Account Executive who blends commercial acumen with technical curiosity — someone who doesn’t just sell the promise of data platforms but brings real ideas and use cases to the table. You’ll be expected to operate as a half-salesperson, half-consultant, helping customers understand how to use Microsoft Fabric and related tools to solve business problems and unlock value. This is a hands-on, consultative role that involves shaping solutions, securing Microsoft funding, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with both clients and internal delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading full-cycle sales: prospecting → closing deals Owning key accounts across Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Uzbekistan Bringing solid use cases—not fluff ️ Working with technical teams on PoC proposals & scope Navigating Microsoft-funded programs (workshops, PoCs) Keeping CRM data (Salesforce) up to date Representing Cloud Services at events & co-selling activities
