REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of hands-on B2B experience in the iGaming sector as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or a comparable client-facing role; * Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including its dynamics, key players, and trends; * Fluent English (C1): confident in pitching, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships; * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners or clients; * Quick thinker with a problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented and precise.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying and initiating new partnership opportunities to successfully closing deals and scaling relationships. * Expand our network and market presence, building strong connections with key decision-makers and actively engaging with C-level executives. * Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, becoming their go-to contact and strategic ally. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, tech, marketing) to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and deliver customized solutions that match partner needs. * Proactively identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities to support our global growth strategy. * Stay sharp and plugged into industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market shifts. * Bring energy, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset to everything you do — we value initiative and a drive to make things happen.
