We’re a boutique, fast-growing SEO & eCommerce agency based in Germany, founded by Ukrainians, working with clients across the US, DACH, and other EU countries.
Our main focus: Shopify SEO, Google Shopping feed optimization, CRO, and tech implementation for DTC brands.
Now, we’re looking for a Shopify SEO Specialist (Middle level+) to strengthen our team and deliver results that move the revenue needle.

• You’ll work on real eCommerce SEO — Shopify, Shopify Plus, and WooCommerce clients.
• We don’t just “do SEO” — we integrate SEO, CRO, Google Ads feeds, and dev to drive sales.
• You won’t be a task executor — we want your ideas, strategy, hypotheses, and automation skills.
• You won’t be buried in dozens of accounts — focus on 3–5 real projects with space to deliver.
• You’ll be working side by side with developers, CRO specialists, and content experts.
• We pay for tools, courses, conferences, and AI systems that make your work better.
• You can work from anywhere and set your own schedule — we care about results, not hours.
✅ What We Expect From You
• 2+ years in SEO, ideally in agency or eCommerce/DTC projects.
• Experience with Shopify SEO (Shopify Plus is a big bonus).
• Strong technical SEO skills: crawling, CWV, schema, indexing, feed validation.
• Confident use of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb.
• Understanding of Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads feeds, GTIN, XML, metafields.
• Familiarity with structured data: Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb, etc.
• You’re proactive: can take a goal, break it down, test and deliver.
• You use (or are ready to use) AI tools to speed up processes and boost outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead Shopify & Ecommerce SEO projects for US/EU clients.
• Run advanced SEO audits: technical + content + intent mapping.
• Analyze competitor strategies — not just links.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Google Shopping feeds, GSC, structured data.
• Collaborate with developers to fix speed, structure, tracking, and more.
• Help migrate or scale stores on Shopify — without losing rankings.
• Use AI & automation to make SEO smarter and faster.
• Build and own strategies that drive rankings, traffic, and revenue.
