Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a skilled and proactive CRM Administrator to join our administrative team for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. In this role, you’ll manage and configure multiple CRM systems used across the company, including both third-party platforms and internal custom CRM tools. A key part of your initial responsibilities will be hands-on support and oversight of our ongoing migration to HubSpot. It is a long-term position with a broad scope- from day-to-day administration to strategic improvements. Requirements: * Proven hands-on experience in the administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM. * Experience working with other CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365). * Experience supporting CRM use cases across different domains (Sales, HRM, Recruitment). * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both non-technical business units and technical teams. * Be comfortable with gathering requirements, providing support, and offering training. * An Intermediate or higher level of English (sufficient for reading documentation, writing emails, and participating in basic verbal communication).
Responsibilities: * Administer and configure CRM systems, including HubSpot, Zoho, and internal tools. * Manage integrations with third-party solutions across departments (Sales, HR, Recruitment, etc.). * Support and oversee the company’s CRM migration to HubSpot. * Collaborate with internal business units to gather feedback and optimize CRM usage. * Maintain documentation and create user-friendly educational materials for CRM users. * Identify opportunities for improvement in CRM processes and system efficiency. * Contribute to the evolution and support of custom CRM solutions developed in-house.
