As a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avenga, you’ll play a vital role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract exceptional candidates who align with Avenga’s values and contribute to our ambitious goals.

This is you * 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. * Solid understanding of IT technologies and roles. * Proven ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of methods. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * At least Upper Intermediate level of English. * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Experience with Jira.
Nice-to-have skills: * Experience recruiting in the LATAM market. * Proficiency in Spanish.
This is your role * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, including crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. * Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Avenga’s reputation as a top employer.
