Requirements:
— 3-5 years experience as an L&D Manager, Corporate Trainer in an IT or tech-driven organization. — Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leadership. — Ability to think fast, adapt quickly, and work under pressure in a dynamic business environment. — Experience in facilitating corporate training and leadership development programs. — Proficiency in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools. — Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements. — Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
— Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align L&D strategies with business goals. — Training Design & Delivery: Develop and facilitate *customized training programs for IT professionals, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development. — Agility & Adaptability: Respond quickly to evolving business needs, pivot learning strategies, and implement real-time learning solutions. — Content Development: Create and curate engaging learning materials, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions. — Performance Enablement: Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and continuously refine learning initiatives for maximum impact. — Learning Technology & Innovation: Leverage LMS platforms, AI-driven learning tools, and digital training solutions to enhance learning experiences. — Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure training programs meet industry standards, cybersecurity awareness, and company policies.
Would be a plus:
— Coaching & Leadership Development: Experience in coaching employees and managers to strengthen leadership capabilities. — Crypto & Blockchain Awareness: Understanding of blockchain technology and fintech trends to align training with industry advancements. — HR Analytics & Learning Data: Ability to use data-driven insights to improve L&D strategies. — Global Training Experience: Exposure to multinational teams and remote workforce training.
