We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to own and evolve the entire people function. This is a high-impact role responsible for recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and culture—everything that makes a growing, distributed team thrive. This role is built for growth, with a clear path toward future HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple time zones, identifying and hiring top talent * Manage and improve onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and high retention * Design and launch continuous learning initiatives focused on both hard and soft skills * Champion and embed company values, engagement, and culture across the remote team * Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and team members, building a collaborative work environment * Support performance management, career development, and individual growth planning * Create and maintain scalable HR processes, frameworks, and policies aligned with business needs
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruiter, or similar roles—preferably in remote or international settings * Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and L&D * Solid understanding of international HR best practices and compliance * Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills * Fluent in English (spoken and written) * Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity * Able to operate hands-on while thinking strategically
Nice to Have * Experience in startup or scale-up environments * Knowledge of remote HR platforms like BambooHR, Deel, or Personio * Familiarity with HR operations in the tech or software sector
Growth Path This position is designed to evolve into a Head of HR / HR Director role. As the company scales, you’ll lead the strategic buildout of a full HR function—owning everything from talent strategy to organizational design.
