The expertise we’re looking for * 2+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT or/and IGaming industry; * Analytical mindset; * Highly developed social and communication skills; * Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment; * Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets; * Desire to learn and to research; * To work as a team member; * Experience with Jira/CRM/Google; * Knowledge of English; * Fluent English — spoken and written.
Your position will include * Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers; * Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands; * Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis; * Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions; * Provide Account Team Lead with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results; * Conducting a regular analysis of the iGaming market.
