We’re looking for a world-class DTC Ad Manager to lead paid media across all major platforms and be a key driver of our growth. This is a critical hire—the success of this role will directly shape our path to becoming a billion-dollar household brand.
As the DTC Ad Manager, you will own our entire paid media strategy, execution, and reporting. You’ll manage high-budget ad campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon/Prime, YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms. Your goal is to scale revenue month over month through performance-driven advertising. Responsibilities * Manage and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon/Prime, Spotify, and other key channels. * Own a monthly paid media budget, allocating spend effectively to maximize ROI and growth. * Develop and execute A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to drive conversions and lower CAC. * Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results and scale campaigns profitably. * Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad content tailored to each platform. * Identify growth opportunities across emerging platforms and new ad products. * Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and progress toward revenue goals. * Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in DTC growth marketing.
Requirements * 5+ years of experience in paid media management, specifically in DTC eCommerce. * Proven track record scaling DTC brands to $50M+ in revenue through paid advertising. * Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other performance marketing metrics. * Strong background in creative testing and conversion optimization. * Hands-on experience managing large ad budgets and scaling campaigns profitably. * Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc. * Ability to move fast, make data-driven decisions, and deliver results.
