Pin-Up Global is looking for a proactive Retention Marketing Manager to join our international Retention & CRM team.
Requirements: — Gambling experience is mandatory; — Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return; — Analytical mindset, ability to calculate the economics of promos as well as analyze the results; — Experience with client segmentation; — Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks; — Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities; — Knowledge of marketing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.; — Experience working with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Metabase.
Responsibilities: — Monthly planning of marketing activities to retain and return players; — Creation of communication plans via multiple channels (onsite/offsite); — Forming logic and participating in launches of trigger chains; — Setting tasks for cross-functional departments; — Calculation of predictions with further analytics of held actions; — Communication with the team to develop a general strategy.
