We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our team, manage the recruitment department, and take ownership of hiring key roles in the company.

What is the team size and structure?
You’ll be joining an experienced and collaborative recruitment team.
You will work closely with all Heads of Departments and with the COO.

— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min
— Interview with COO — up to 30 mins
— Interview with Delivery representative (Head of Delivery) — up to 30 mins
— Interview with Recruitment Advisor — up to 30 mins
— Mandatory reference check as the final step. It would also be great to meet in person in Lviv!
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in IT full-cycle recruitment. * Previous experience leading recruitment processes on medium-sized service IT companies (250-400 employees), or experience working on large IT companies with excellent recruitment processes and with direct reporting to Lead Recruiter. * Proven track record in hiring abroad markets (preferred Albania, Bosnia, etc) and Ukrainian. * Must have hands-on experience communicating directly with clients (gathering requirements, negotiations, discussing feedback, coordinating next steps, and building strong partnerships). * Strong communication and negotiation skills with both candidates and clients. * Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and a proactive approach. * Flexible mindset, adaptability, and not required specific well-written processes. * Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with an experimental mindset. * Be proactive, with a feeling of sharing a sense of urgency, and always looking how to improve (yourself, your team, and your processes). * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities: * Manage full-cycle recruitment for 2 open roles at a time. * Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Clients, Delivery, Sales) to understand hiring needs and urgency. * Build a result-driven culture inside the recruitment team. Support, mentor and grow the recruiter team. * Drive a culture of partnership inside the team, especially in communication with clients. * Keep close communication with clients — you won’t be alone, other teams will support you. * Encourage a data-driven approach — reports, insights, structured candidate feedback, KPIs. * Participate in process improvement and automation where possible. * Be ready for a bit of a messy org, roles, responsibilities, and shared responsibilities across departments. * You should be interested in working and consulting with external advisors and consultants (covered by the company).
