Our client is EU-based email marketing agency- a remote team of seasoned professionals passionate about digital marketing. They are trusted email & SMS marketing partners to a range of international eCommerce brands.
They’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Email Marketing Specialist. If you’re passionate about building engaging campaigns and want to grow with a remote, high-performing team—this might be the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
✔ Uploading emails from Figma to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot and Omnisend;
✔ Building flows and campaigns based on the provided briefs;
✔ Making sure every email matches the brief down to the last detail;
✔ Leading project management tasks like monthly reporting, account analysis, and more;
✔ Updating clients on project matters and asking for clients’ input when such is necessary.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔ 1+ year of hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar email marketing tools ✔ Strong written and spoken English skills ✔ High attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality ✔ Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to learn ✔ Availability during EU working hours (9:30 AM — 6:30 PM GMT+3)

✔ Experience in an agency or other fast-paced environment ✔ Remote work experience ✔ A background in digital marketing ✔ Skills in design, automation, or programming ✔ Familiarity with Figma
