Role overview At Eleken, designers manage their own projects and communicate directly with clients, which means you’re free to focus on what you do best: building long-term relationships, collecting feedback, and helping clients succeed. Over time, you’ll grow into a full-cycle sales role — running discovery calls, recommending solutions, and closing inbound deals. Who we are Eleken was founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. We focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.
What you’ll be doing during the first 6 months:
Customer Success * Stay in touch with active clients * Run quarterly NPS calls to collect qualitative feedback * Collect testimonials and reviews on platforms like Clutch and LinkedIn * Conduct exit interviews when clients leave * Control the invoicing process and ensure timely payments
Client Communication * Spot risks early and coordinate with the internal team * Keep a friendly yet professional tone, and know when to gently push (especially when feedback or payment is overdue)
Retention & Retargeting * Reconnect with past clients, keep the relationship warm * Identify expansion or return opportunities
After 6+ months, you’ll grow into a Closer role: * Handle discovery and intro calls with new inbound leads * Understand client pain points and recommend the right service * Close deals (Leadgen team already brings the leads — no cold outreach)
You’re a great fit if you: * Have 1+ years in B2B communication roles (Customer Success, Sales, Account Management — ideally in tech or creative services) * Confident in spoken and written English (C1) * Are friendly and assertive, especially when handling payments, feedback, or misaligned expectations * Are comfortable on client calls — with good radar for tone, intent, and timing * Can work independently and proactively * Are interested in growing into sales
