We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do grants,” but knows how to build systems, develop strategies, and turn ideas into funding
What you’ll do: — Design and implement fundraising strategies (grants, donors, corporate giving) — Coordinate grant applications and donor communications — Lead and support a team of fundraisers — Represent the organization at meetings, forums, and donor events — Manage budgeting and implement CRM-driven approaches — And most importantly — help us raise the resources that change lives across Ukraine
What we’re looking for: — 2+ years of fundraising experience — Proven experience managing a team — Strong donor communication skills — English: upper-intermediate or higher — Initiative, structured thinking, and a strategic mindset — Bonus points if you know how grant cycles work and have experience with international donors
