Project Manager (Remote)
This isn’t a checkbox role. This is about ownership, initiative, and making real impact.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with clarity, and genuinely cares about client success.
✨ What You’ll Do
Delivery & Coordination
* Manage 2–3 client-facing software projects simultaneously (agency / outsourcing style)
* Build and maintain transparent workflows in Jira, Confluence, Slack
* Own scope, timeline, and budget management
* Lead daily standups, sprint rituals, retrospectives
* Ensure timely delivery with clear priorities and zero chaos
Communication & Client Success
* Be the main point of contact for clients: run weekly updates, clarify expectations, resolve blockers
* Proactively manage scope changes and risks
* Handle stakeholder communication with clarity, empathy, and confidence
* Build trust-based relationships — clients should feel they’re in good hands
Team Leadership
* Coordinate developers, designers, and QA — align efforts across time zones
* Take initiative, make decisions, offer solutions (not just tasks)
* Help the team stay focused, unblocked, and connected to the bigger goal
* Collaborate with Delivery and Tech Leads to evolve team velocity and quality
✅ You’ll Thrive Here If You:
* Have 1–2 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in outsourcing/agency setups
* Communicate in English at B2+ level with ease (written & spoken)
* Think like a system: structured, organized, and always two steps ahead
* Don’t panic under pressure — you solve, not stress
* Know how to balance team needs and client expectations
* Love responsibility and autonomy — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Bonus If You Have:
* Background in tech, linguistics, business, or marketing
* Hands-on with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
* Comfortable with burndown charts, sprint velocity, blockers analysis
* Understand development flow, CI/CD, and cloud tools
* High emotional intelligence — you read between the lines, not just follow instructions
* An active presence in PM/Agile communities (Slack, Reddit, LinkedIn)
* See clients as partners, not just ticket generators
Not a Fit If You:
* Avoid responsibility or escalate only when it’s too late
* Focus on micromanaging tasks instead of leading delivery
* Resist feedback, or disengage in high-pressure situations
* Rely solely on templates and don’t bring your judgment
