We’re building a design team that will help implement the strategies of both the marketing department and the company as a whole. We’re looking for an ambitious Graphic Designer (full-time) who can create compelling visual content that grabs attention and strengthens Devlight’s brand presence — both in Ukraine and globally.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about shaping a brand’s identity and generating visuals that influence how the company is perceived.
Your future responsibilities: * Designing bold and thoughtful presentations for pre-sale activities, new services, and both online and offline events. * Adapting and scaling graphics for SMM, advertising, presentations, web, and print materials. * Creating graphic templates to streamline recurring tasks. * Preparing print layouts for offline events and internal company needs. * Participating in brainstorms, contributing creative ideas, and testing new visual formats
Your professional qualities: * 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing team. Freelance experience is also relevant if the projects were regular and consistent. * Experience creating visuals for digital products, including work in the eCommerce domain. * A portfolio showcasing your strongest visual solutions. * English proficiency at B1 level or higher — you can comfortably read design tool documentation and understand educational videos.
Nice to have: * Confident with Figma and Photoshop — your go-to tools in the creative arsenal. * Experience in motion design for social media or ads (After Effects is a plus). * A team player — you collaborate easily with marketers and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
