We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to help us structure workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive business results. We value initiative, structure, attention to detail, and common sense Responsibilities: * Manage a brand in close collaboration with the Product Owner * Shape and maintain the backlog based on strategic goals and project requirements * Plan, estimate, and oversee task execution with other departments * Manage risks and maintain the release calendar * Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders * Keep product documentation up to date * Run retrospectives and analyze workflows to improve team efficiency * Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders * Communicate with the platform team on a regular basis
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Experience working with technical teams and understanding their workflow * Proven ability to create project roadmaps, build timelines, and assess risks * Experience collaborating with development, design, marketing, and product teams * Strong communication skills, adaptability, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and ownership * Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
