Core Responsibilities: * Plan and maintain a yearly external & internal event calendar aligned with business goals * Organize company participation in industry expos (e.g., SiGMA, iGB, SBC, Affiliate World, etc.) * Plan and execute private partner events and team-building/internal events * Develop creative and brand-aligned event concepts * Coordinate booth design, layout zoning, and interactive elements * Oversee merchandise — from ideation and design to production and distribution * Work closely with vendors, photographers, booth builders, and event agencies * Track and manage event budgets * Build relationships with key industry organizers and event platforms
Who You Are ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as an Event Manager or Coordinator in iGaming or affiliate industries ✅ Hands-on experience in organizing both external (B2B/B2C) and internal (team/culture) events ✅ Strong portfolio of event planning, booth setup, and vendor coordination ✅ Solid knowledge of iGaming event landscape ✅ Experience managing private events, team offsites, and internal team gatherings ✅ Fluent in Russian, proficient in English (spoken and written) ✅ Creative, resourceful, and highly organized ✅ Willing to travel regularly ✅ A proactive mindset and positive energy
