Role Overview:
One of our teams is looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to participate in developing our cutting-edge solution, where milliseconds matter. Our problem statement is not straightforward, as we aim to achieve high-end results in all important technical aspects of our business: * best availability, * lowest possible latency in all transaction processing operations and in every micro-service, * the most efficient resource usage.

To succeed in the role, you will have: * Degree in Computer Science or related field. * Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript. * Background in Java, C#, Go will be a plus. * Strong understanding of asynchronous programming techniques. * Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems. * Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar databases (Redshift, ClickHouse), and NoSQL technologies (DynamoDB, MongoDB). * Skilled in developing and maintaining end-to-end and unit tests. * Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions.
Preferred additional qualifications: * Experience with large-scale microservices architecture. * Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP). * Knowledge of Kubernetes. * Understanding of application security and industry best practices.
