About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the development and optimization of our B2B SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis, preferably within the passenger transportation or ticketing industry, and a passion for transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for our development team.
Requirements:
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis within IT, preferably in B2B SaaS products.
* Experience in projects related to integrations, process digitalization in passenger transportation, or ticket sales is a strong advantage.
Personal qualities:
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to identify the true needs behind tasks.
* Self-motivation and a strong results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and understand the specifics of international markets.
Professional skills:
* Understanding of international passenger transportation, multi-channel platforms, route booking, and integration with external APIs (carriers, payment systems).
* Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
* Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Trello, Google Workspace, MS Office.
* Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and structure business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed technical requirements for developers based on high-level tasks.
* Formalize business processes, develop integration scenarios.
* Create and maintain specifications and project documentation (BRD, FSD, BPMN/UML diagrams).
