Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven experience working on Web3 projects (e.g., DeFi, NFT platforms, smart contract-based products)
* Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Solid experience in creating BA deliverables: functional specifications, use cases, UML diagrams, acceptance test plans
* Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
* Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and soft skills — the ability to build rapport with clients and keep conversations engaging
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
* Experience in creating UX/UI wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes
Nice to have:
* Experience conducting Discovery phases and gathering comprehensive requirements
* Understanding of APIs and integration flows
Responsibilities:
* Collect and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
* Create clear and detailed BA documentation (specifications, diagrams, test cases, etc.)
* Facilitate effective communication between the client and development/design teams
* Participate in client meetings, support workshops, and clarify scope and expectations
* Assist the team in maintaining product vision and aligning it with business goals
