As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in our growth.
Main Responsibilities: * Engage with inbound and outbound leads, conducting introductory calls and performing initial client qualification. * Identify the client’s primary needs and goals, present the company’s offerings, and coordinate the entire sales process from the initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. * Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop tailored proposals, selecting the best solutions based on the client’s goals, requirements, timeline, and budget. * Effectively manage sales negotiations by utilizing strategies such as creating urgency, establishing deadlines, and offering limited-time deals to secure agreements and close deals efficiently. * Build and maintain relationships with leads throughout the sales cycle, providing valuable insights, addressing concerns, and keeping them engaged until they are ready to convert into customers. * Regularly update and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems, ensuring proper tracking of leads, opportunities, and communications. * Work closely with other teams to ensure effective lead generation, smooth project execution, and a seamless client onboarding experience, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Engagement Manager, Sales Manager, or a related field in the IT outsourcing services company — 3 years. * Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of delivering results. * In-depth knowledge of the sales process from lead generation, nurturing leads, to securing successful software development deals. * Ability to identify and address client needs with tailored presentations and solutions. * Strong understanding of the SMB sales process, including its complexities and challenges. * Proven proficiency in negotiating and closing high-value, complex deals. * Strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of the software development landscape and the ability to spot new business opportunities. * Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage sales activities and monitor progress. * Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation, confidence, and a results-oriented approach to negotiations. * Previous experience in FinTech or HealthTech sectors would be a significant advantage. * Advanced English proficiency * Flexibility to travel internationally for individual client meetings, as needed.
