We are now looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.
As a Sales Manager at Perpetio, you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. You will work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to build strong relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions that bring value to their business.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand accounts. * Identify, research, and engage potential customers via LinkedIn, job platforms, email outreach, and networking events. * Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and present company solutions. * Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close contracts. * Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and lead nurturing strategies. * Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT services or related industry preferred). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken). * Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently. * Comfortable working with CRM systems (Hubspot) and sales automation tools.
