Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate daily operations of Magento-based online stores
• Gather and analyze business requirements for new features, improvements, and integrations
• Write clear, detailed technical documentation for developers, QA, and stakeholders
• Plan, prioritize, and track project timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Oversee the development of mobile applications from concept to release
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct testing oversight to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in e-commerce
• Experience managing Magento stores is a plus
• Strong skills in creating technical specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, good analytical skills,
• Experience as a team facilitator, experience with working in cross-functional teams
• Experience in mobile app development projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Time Management guru and high communication skills
