We are currently seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with our European clients, focusing on building development teams in Ukraine and worldwide. Requirements * At least 3 years of proven success in IT recruitment, ideally within the European market. * Upper-intermediate English proficiency. * A genuine passion for engaging with people and building strong, trust-based relationships. * Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities * Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates. * Partnering with hiring managers on role definition, talent pipeline calibration, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and decision-making. * Creating and publishing effective recruitment advertisements in relevant digital channels. * Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple platforms and networks based on role requirements.
