Empeek is looking for a motivated Middle Project Manager to join our growing team!
What we are looking for in a new team member * At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator; * Ability of multitasking; * Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness; * Be ready to give commitment and take responsibility; * Be proactive and be able to point out problems; * Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively; * Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (especially Agile approach and tools, Scrum and Kanban frameworks) and experience of choosing the right methodology based on project conditions; * Excellent English level, both verbal and oral, at least Upper intermediate. Ability to use formal communication style; * Practical experience in using project management tools.
Responsibilities * Manage or coordinate software development projects from initiation to completion; * Monitor task completion, project team’s workload, remove roadblocks, communicate progress to stakeholders; * Monitor and control project limitations, progress, deliverables in accordance to the project baselines; * Continuously communicate with stakeholders and track their needs, plans, feedback; * Gather requirements, breakdown it into activities and prioritise them; * Organize and maintain clear project documentation; * Estimate and plan project cost, schedule and resources; * Perform people and stakeholders managements; * Manage, monitor, control and motivate the team.
