Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a skilled and proactive Internal Community Manager to join our administrative team for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.
In this role, you’ll be the architect of our internal communication experience—designing creative campaigns, hosting events that bring people together, and making sure every team member feels engaged, informed, and part of our big, bright team.
You’ll collaborate closely with Employer Brand, HR, and other teams to create a workplace culture that people love to be part of. From planning company-wide activities to crafting the messages that bring our values to life—you’ll help us connect, celebrate, and grow together.

Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles (IT industry experience is a strong plus). * Proven track record in creating and executing internal communication plans for remote and onsite teams. * Experience organizing corporate celebrations, engagement events, and culture-building initiatives. * Strong project management skills, able to take a concept from idea to execution. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences. * Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and fresh ideas. * Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities. * Comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and adjusting strategies for greater impact.
Responsibilities: * Build Connections — Develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep our global team informed, inspired, and engaged. * Shape Culture — Launch and support initiatives that strengthen our company culture and boost employee loyalty. * Enhance Engagement — Plan and organize events, celebrations, and activities for both local and remote teams. * Coordinate CSR Projects — Organize and promote corporate social responsibility initiatives that reflect our values. * Manage Channels — Maintain and develop internal communication platforms, ensuring they’re relevant, easy to use, and engaging. * Standardize Communications — Create guidelines, templates, and processes to ensure consistency across all internal channels. * Plan Content — Create and schedule content for newsletters, emails, and other corporate communications in line with our brand voice. * Support Internal Brand — Collaborate with Employer Brand and HR on welcome packs, branded materials, gifts, and event merchandise. * Distribute Materials — Manage the ordering and distribution of branded merchandise and other company assets. * Encourage Creativity — Bring fresh ideas to the table, supporting team projects with a collaborative and innovative spirit. * Showcase Life at Svitla — Share highlights of our corporate culture on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). * Measure & Improve — Monitor the effectiveness of communication campaigns and channels, and refine based on feedback and analytics.
