We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us move faster, smarter, and more impactfully, especially in the age of AI.

To do this right, we need a product leader who combines speed with strategy, independence with collaboration, and who can turn real human problems into scalable solutions. Your mission We want you to: * Build and own the product roadmap * Lead and develop the product team, with a fast track to the Head position * Identify and validate our Jobs to Be Done * Launch the first version of our App (and then improve it quickly) * Leverage AI tools and frameworks to speed up product cycles * Collaborate deeply with Tech, Marketing, Therapy, and Operations * Bring structure, clarity, and urgency to how we build product
You’ll work closely with our co-founders — and you’ll need to challenge them when needed and push for what matters. We think you’ll be a fit if you: * Have 3–5+ years in Product roles (ideally at early-stage or fast-growing companies) * Have been the first or one of the first Product hires * Know how to work without hand-holding or corporate layers * Have experience launching and iterating on consumer products, ideally mobile * Use AI tools and tech to ship faster and smarter * Are obsessed with LTV, retention, product-market fit, and getting real user feedback * Are a strong communicator, collaborator, and driver of momentum * Are familiar with Jobs-To-Be-Done framework, Lean Startup, and behavioral design * Care about mental health, behavior change, and the humans on the other side of the screen
Will be a plus * Background in health tech or AI * Strong understanding of technical architecture — if you can speak the same language with engineers and understand how the product is built under the hood, that’s a major advantage
What success looks like: In 30 days: * You’ve audited everything we have. * You’ve spoken with teams, mapped our constraints, and gathered product ideas. * You’re already shaping a high-velocity, focused approach to building.
In 60 days: * The first roadmap is live * Feedback loops (internal + external) are set
In 90 days: * First impact visible: core flows improved * You’re helping us make better decisions, faster * You’re the go-to for all things product

Recruitment process for this position: * Introductory call with Recruiter (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit. * Deep-dive Interview with HRD (45 minutes). A discussion with our HRD about your problem-solving approach, including real-life cases and potential scenarios. * Interview with CEO (1 hour). A strategic conversation with the CEO to discuss potential collaboration. * Final interview (1 hour). Call with CTO and Head of Engineering. * Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together. * Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
