Axon is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent in the field of software development and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Important note: you have to be located in Krakow or Warsaw for better team interactions with other Axonians. What you need for this position: * 1+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry (preferably Outsourcing companies or Recruitment agencies); * Strong knowledge of IT terminology, including roles, technologies, and technical skill sets, with the ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ expertise; * Proven track record in sourcing and attracting technical talent through various channels, including passive candidate sourcing techniques; * Experience in conducting recruitment interviews and assessing candidates’ skills and competence; * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools; * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively collaborate with hiring managers; * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; * Strong Intermediate level of English (we conduct a lot of interviews with locals all over the EU).
What you will be doing: * Perform the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offer negotiation and pre-onboarding; * Utilize various sourcing channels to attract skilled software development professionals; * Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidate suitability; * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders; * Promote employer brand to attract the best talents and to build strong network; * Stay updated on industry trends and take part in enhancing the hiring process.
