We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.
Our company is growing rapidly, so we are expanding our support team and are looking for a motivated Customer Support Manager who wants to join an innovative Ukrainian defense tech product and help platform users with their expertise.
Responsibilities: * Provide daily client support through text messages and video calls. * Manage the client database. * Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the product. * Keep in regular contact with clients to maintain their interest in the product. * Advise users and help them with their requests, with a full understanding of the product’s features. * Participate regularly in team discussions to stay updated on product knowledge. * Systematically update and maintain product training materials.
Requirements: * Multitasking Ability: Able to effectively manage and complete several tasks at once. * On-Call Responsiveness: Ready to quickly respond to urgent client calls. * Client-Centric Product Ownership: Understands the product’s importance and is willing to provide immediate support for urgent client requests. * Web Resource Proficiency: Skilled at finding information online and comfortable working with various websites and web-based tools. * Instructional Clarity: Good at teaching users and explaining information clearly. * English Proficiency: English language skills at a minimum of B1 level. * Learning Agility: Open to learning new knowledge and technologies. * Sales Acumen: Effective at promoting and selling products. * Prioritization Under Pressure: Able to set priorities and manage tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods.
Nice to Have: * Understanding of the technical aspects of web applications.
