✅We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our international team and help us strengthen relationships with our growing client base. Your Responsibilities: * Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new customers. * Technical Assistance: Support clients with platform configuration and integration, working closely with technical teams to address specific requirements. * Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos and walkthroughs to help clients understand and use the platform effectively. * Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring our solutions meet their needs. * Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for client issues, collaborating with sales and development teams to resolve them quickly. * Retention & Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and help clients get maximum value from the platform. * Point of Contact: Serve as the primary representative for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
What We’re Looking For: * 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role at a tech company * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences * Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously * Proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering real value to customers * Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher — both written and spoken * Experience with CRM tools * Basic understanding of the software development process
