What we’re looking for: * A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping clients. * A multitasker who can stay organized while handling multiple cases. * A positive, open-minded person who builds relationships easily. * Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
What you’ll do: * Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, ensuring quick and helpful solutions. * Negotiate discounts with service providers on behalf of our clients. * Resolve service-related issues and escalate cases when needed. * Handle objections, refusals, and find alternative solutions. * Enroll clients in special credit & savings programs with AWS, Microsoft, MongoDB, and others.
