About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales. If you are passionate about consultative selling, helping businesses undergo real transformational change rather than just purchasing software, this role is a perfect fit for you.
What will you be doing? * Strategic account ownership: Lead the sales process for enterprise-level clients, managing all phases from qualification through to deal closure. Own and drive revenue growth across your assigned accounts. * Enterprise deal strategy & execution: Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy, aligning PeopleForce’s solutions with the unique needs of large enterprise organizations. Manage long sales cycles (3-6+ months) and lead complex negotiations. * Consultative sales engagement: Engage with executive-level and team-level buyers to uncover their challenges, goals, and business needs; * Collaborate with сross-functional teams: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients from sales to implementation and ongoing service. * Pipeline forecasting & reporting: Take responsibility for accurate forecasting of your sales pipeline, providing regular updates to leadership. Maintain an in-depth understanding of deal progression and revenue impact within your zone.
Requirements: * 3-5+ years of proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on large-scale B2B solution selling. * Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) and handling complex deals involving multiple stakeholders is essential. * Expertise in consultative selling, including needs analysis, solution positioning, and value articulation. * Fluent in English — must! * Highly driven with an entrepreneurial spirit. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take ownership of enterprise branch of the business. * Ability to establish and nurture deep relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key influencers within large organizations. Strong network-building skills. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple, compelling manner. Excellent negotiation skills. * A self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to manage multiple complex deals independently, while maintaining a strong focus on revenue targets and deadlines.
