We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Specialist to own customer relationships and drive long-term value.
What you’ll do: * Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. * Identify success metrics and ensure customers achieve their goals. * Analyze usage data to spot risks and opportunities. * Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and processes.
What we’re looking for: * 1+ year in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Experience with CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar). * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Upper-Intermediate+ English.
