We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a project developing a specialized software system that supports the education and welfare of children in care. The platform provides real-time attendance tracking, personal education plan management, and secure data sharing among social workers, teachers, and local authorities. With a strong focus on data security, compliance, and role-based access, it is trusted by over 100 local authorities. Future enhancements include mobile app accessibility, AI-driven insights, and automated support features.
Requirements: * Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, principles, and best practices. * Strong proficiency in PHP 8 and modern JavaScript frameworks. * Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and experience converting designs into responsive, user-friendly pages. * Understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud best practices. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and DevOps practices. * Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (MySQL, MariaDB). * Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest). * Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively. * Proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and drive solutions. * Strong communication skills with at least B2 English proficiency for global team collaboration. * Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
