We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can lead discovery sessions, design with purpose, and bring great ideas to life. You’ll work side by side with clients, shape intuitive and beautiful interfaces, and collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and product owners to make sure the vision turns into reality.
Tools we love to work with: Figma (our design HQ), Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Slack, Atlassian Suite. We’re always exploring AI, automation, and new UX research methods to work smarter and create better experiences.
What you’ll do:
— Co-lead discovery workshops to uncover client goals and user needs.
— Run UX and accessibility audits with clear, actionable recommendations.
— Design intuitive, on-brand UIs—from wireframes to pixel-perfect visuals.
— Build interactive mockups and clickable prototypes that bring concepts to life.
— Work with data-heavy screens (tables, graphs, charts) and design systems.
— Write human-centered interface copy that guides users naturally.
— Conduct user research and usability testing to make sure designs hit the mark.
— Simplify complex workflows into easy, enjoyable experiences.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented smoothly.
️♂️ About your experience:
— 3–5 years of proven UX/UI design experience.
— Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
— Confidence in interaction design, user research, and accessibility best practices.
— Experience leading client workshops and brainstorming sessions.
— Strong visual skills with layout, typography, and color.
— Ability to prototype in terms and use AI tools to speed things up.
— A healthy balance of pride in your work and knowing when to move on
— Great at juggling multiple projects without losing your cool.
— Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.
— Self-motivated in a remote environment, but also enjoy being part of a team.
(Extra plus if you can create animations in After Effects, Framer, Rive, Spline or similar to make interfaces feel alive.)
