Our client is the international FinTech company developing a cutting-edge payment system for clients in the CIS and across Europe.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior/Lead Sales manager, who is ready to grow into a Team Lead role in the near future (after Probation period) and become a key driver of our client portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities: * Identify and acquire new clients (B2B, FinTech, payment services). * Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. * Conduct negotiations, prepare, and close contracts. * Develop tailored solutions based on client needs. * Participate in industry events and conferences.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in sales within the FinTech or payment solutions sector. * Experience with card products (Visa, Mastercard, others). * English — B2 level or higher (written and spoken). * Experience working with clients from the CIS and Europe. * Proactive, communicative, and result-oriented. * Willingness to travel to international conferences.
