Must have * At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis * Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies * Experience in direct communication with the clients * Experience in writing user stories and use cases * Experience in preparing mockups * Experience working with Jira and Confluence * Solid self-organization skills * Technical skills: understanding of API, basic knowledge of SQL queries * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)
Will be a plus * Experience with Salesforce
Responsibilities * Requirements elicitation and analysis * Requirements decomposition * Requirements documentation and management * Regular clarification of requirements with the clients and dev team * Support in the UAT process * Knowledge base documentation and mainteinance * Set up a knowledge base and organize knowledge sharing with the team * Play the role of a proxy product owner/project coordinator role when necessary * Share vision and priorities with the team and participate in developing the BA community
