We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our remote team. You’ll be the sole HR specialist in a web development company focused on e-commerce solutions. This is a full-cycle HR role with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee development, and culture building.
Key Responsibilities:
-Staff learning & development
* mployer brand awareness & internal events
* nboarding & adaptation processesR@webmeridian.net
* -to-1s, performance reviews, and soft-skills interviews
* orporate culture development (events, holidays, anniversaries)
* otivation & retention strategies (material and non-material)
* ecruitment and closing IT vacancies
* RM and database management (employees, candidates, events)
* lanning, budgeting, and resource management
Requirements:
-3+ years in HR (Generalist / People Partner / Business Partner roles)
* xperience in IT recruitment and HR processes
* trong communication, presentation, and time management skills
* onflict resolution and psychological insight
* udgeting and planning experience
* pper-intermediate English (written & spoken)
* ech-savvy: CRM, Office tools, Jira, AI tools
