Our in-house engineering team powers the business with cutting-edge software at every level, from sports tournament management and high-load analytical systems to partner product stores.
Now, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our professional and innovative HR team.

Your role will include :
— Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. — Writing engaging job descriptions and promoting vacancies to attract top candidates. — Actively sourcing, engaging, and delivering a steady pipeline of candidates. — Screening applications, conducting HR interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring teams. — Providing personalized, timely, and detailed feedback to candidates. — Maintaining a structured and up-to-date candidate database in the recruitment system.
What we’re looking for :
— 2+ years of recruitment experience focusing on IT, Product, Marketing, and Operations roles. — Experience in global hiring and working with international candidates. — A tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with new technologies and sourcing tools. — Ability to leverage various sourcing strategies to find top talent. — Strong HR interview skills and the ability to assess both soft and hard skills. — Upper-intermediate English proficiency. — Excellent written communication in both Ukrainian and English. — Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. — Personal maturity—independent decision-making and a proactive approach.
Nice to have:
— Experience recruiting sports analysts, bookmakers, or specialists in related fields.
